Cookie Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
Waymark I, Inc. ("we" or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website www.waymark.com, including the pages where you sign in to and use the Waymark platform (the "Site"). This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.
First-party cookies are set by us.
Third-party cookies are set by parties other than us (for example, Meta, LinkedIn, Google and X) to enable features like advertising measurement, chat and analytics.
We also use related technologies such as pixels and web beacons (small pieces of code or images that report a page view or an action to the provider) and scripts supplied by our vendors. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
We use the following categories of cookies. You can manage your preferences for each category other than Strictly Necessary in our Cookie Preference Center.
2. Types of Cookie We Use?
Essential for the Site to function (for example, keeping you signed in, processing payments through Stripe, preventing fraud, and remembering your cookie choices).
Performance and Analytics
Collect information about how you use the Site (for example, Google Analytics, HubSpot, PostHog and New Relic) so we can see which pages are popular, find errors and improve performance.
Functional
Allow the Site to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features such as live chat (Intercom).
Advertising
Measure the results of our advertising and allow our advertising partners to show you Waymark ads on their platforms and other sites based on your visit ("Targeted Advertising"). Vendors include Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and X.
3. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising
We use third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, HubSpot, PostHog) to analyze Site traffic and advertising services (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads and the X pixel) to measure and deliver our advertising. When these technologies are enabled, your browser sends information about your visit directly to the provider, including the page address, the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device information, and a cookie identifier. These providers may combine that information with information they collect from other sites and from your account with them, and use it under their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Meta, LinkedIn, Google and X each provide advertising controls in your account settings with them.
4. Your Cookie Management Choices
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.
Consent Banner: when you first visit the Site, a banner asks for your choice, and no cookies other than Strictly Necessary cookies are set until you make one. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of the Site.
Browser Controls: you can set your browser to accept or refuse cookies. If you refuse cookies, you may still use the Site, though some features (such as staying signed in or using chat) may not work.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): the Site recognizes the GPC signal. If your browser sends this signal, we will automatically disable Advertising cookies and treat the signal as your opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under U.S. state privacy laws. The Site will show that your signal has been honored.
5. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this page to stay informed about our use of cookies. Questions may be sent to privacy@waymark.com.
